La prueba es aplicable al impacto mec\u00e1nico externo de los recintos tienen requisitos especiales para el nivel de protecci\u00f3n. Las distintas clasificaciones IK se refieren a la capacidad de una envolvente para resistir niveles de energ\u00eda de impacto medidos en julios (J). La norma IEC62262 especifica c\u00f3mo debe montarse la caja para las pruebas. las condiciones atmosf\u00e9ricas requeridas, la cantidad y distribuci\u00f3n de los impactos de ensayo y el martillo de impacto que se utilizar\u00e1 para cada nivel de calificaci\u00f3n IK. El objetivo principal de la prueba es comprobar que el nivel de protecci\u00f3n de la carcasa del producto de iluminaci\u00f3n cumple los requisitos nacionales y del
